Crossing Pointe South is Maiker’s newest affordable housing community located in the Thornton Crossroads & 104th Avenue Station area.

We will be accepting applications IN-PERSON ONLY at Crossing Pointe North (4220 E 104th Ave, Thornton, CO 80022) on May 17, 18, 19, 24 and 25. Please read the attached Interest Letter here in english and here in spanish for a list of documentation required to submit with your application.
Applications submitted outside of these dates will not be processed as we do not have staff available. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis until all apartment homes are filled. If you have any further inquiries regarding Crossing Pointe South, please email us at CPSouth@maikerhp.org.
