Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) has published the new Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) rent amounts. In Adams County:
A 2 bedroom at 60% Area Median Income (AMI) maximum rent is $1,215. At 30% AMI a 2 bedroom is $506.
