Crossing Pointe North is Unison Housing Partners’ newest affordable housing development under construction in Thornton and scheduled to open this fall. This new development will feature 64 apartment homes for low-income seniors earning 30, 40, 50 and 60 percent of the Area Median Income. This type of development is particularly needed in the Thornton community which has the highest median rent of all municipalities in Adams County.
Denverite reporter Donna Bryson recently showcased Crossing Pointe as a model for how Denver suburbs are responding to the regional housing crisis.
