Crossing Pointe North

Crossing Pointe North is Unison Housing Partners’ newest affordable housing development under construction in Thornton.  The 64 rental apartments include 50 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units, and are age and income-restricted.  To qualify, the head of household must be 62 years of age or older.  Although many factors are reviewed, a household cannot earn more than 60% of the Area Median Income in order to be considered for tenancy.

Convenient Location

Crossing Pointe North, near the SE corner of E. 104th Avenue and Colorado Blvd. in Thornton, is conveniently located across the street from many retail resources like: Safeway, Walgreens, banking and popular restaurants. Shortly after Crossing Pointe North opens, a new Active Adult Center less than a mile away is scheduled to open as well.  Crossing Pointe North is also within walking distance of the future N-Line at Thornton Crossroads rail station.

Coming Soon

Crossing Pointe North is scheduled for completion late August or early September 2019. Anyone interested in renting a unit at the property should complete the Interest List Form. Applications will be sent to those on the Interest List on May 20th. Beginning on May 29th, Unison will accept completed applications, documentation and application fees from prospective applicants.
