– A New Name for the Future –
As of March 5, Adams County Housing Authority will be renamed Unison Housing Partners. The new name and brand is reflective of our organization’s progressive approach to housing and ongoing commitment to addressing the multitude of factors impacting family stability and economic self-sufficiency in the 21st century.
The new name of Unison Housing Partners is seen by organizational leadership as defying the stereotypes of affordable housing and is reflective of the coming together of communities to support the hard working individuals and families on the path towards stability and economic independence. The organization will continue to operate as a Housing Authority, delivering critical programming focused on increasing access to affordable housing and support services for Adams County residents, as well as implementing socially conscious community development projects.
With our new name, comes a new brand that speaks to unity, harmony and strength – all core elements of our organization and our mission. We are strong yet approachable, and focused on serving all residents of Adams County through our innovative approaches and forward thinking when it comes to affordable housing for all.
With Adams County projected to be the fastest growing county in Colorado over the next twenty years in both population and employment (as identified by Denver Regional Council of Governments), Unison Housing Partners is committed to collaborating with local nonprofit organizations, government agencies, the private sector, landlords, housing providers and the community to ensure all residents have access to safe, affordable and high-quality housing. Serving more than 15,000 individuals annually through its various housing-centered programs, Unison Housing Partners will continue to evolve its offerings in ways that are innovative and community responsive.
