Over the past several years, Maiker Housing Partners has ushered in a period of growth intended to increase our capacity to address Adams County’s housing crisis. This growth has allowed us to form new partnerships, launch new projects and welcome new members to the Maiker community.
To nurture this growth, Maiker staff and leadership spent 2022 building up our foundation for belonging within our culture and communities. Our 2022 annual report is a review of and reflection upon the many moments, decisions, partnerships and projects that have strengthened our foundation for belonging for the future.
