Vendor Registration / Solicitation List Request
Upon receipt of your completed form, you will be placed on the solicitation list. Please be advised that Maiker Housing Partners is not required to maintain a solicitation list. All major purchases and projects are advertised on this website. It is the vendor’s responsibility to respond to advertisements for submittal. Registration by your firm is not a guarantee to receive solicitations.
Approved vendors will need to provide a copy of their W-9 and proof of General Liability Insurance before doing business with Maiker. Additionally, subcontractors with one or more employees must provide proof of Worker’s Compensation.
