Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plans
Maiker receives funding from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and has certain requirements that must be met on a continual basis. We ask all applicants to review the below income guidelines and, if applicable, notify us during the hiring process.
The PHA Plan informs the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), residents and the public of a Public Housing Agency’s (PHA) mission to serve the needs of low-income and very low-income families, and the strategies they will employ to achieve this mission. Maiker Housing Partners currently is operating under a one-year PHA Plan that is an extension of a five-year plan (2010-2015) and addresses ongoing tenant-based assistance and public housing programs.
